New Box 7400 Code

Just got a new box and managed to get it verified yesterday but today it's showing a 7400 code and all channels basically lost. Have tried the usual switching off for 30 minutes and then retry, guess CS have done or not done something.

As per https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/7400 this fault can only be resolved by calling in.
