Network cable unplugged

Hello All Our virgin media started go wrong on Friday when trying to watch catchup it was just flicking off loads of times tried to sort it no success wifi working fine but when trying to connect the V 6 box its just comes up with network cable unplugged n27 fault any help would be appreciated

I have moved this to this forum.

I am presuming that the V6 is connected to the Hub over wifi? Can you do it on an ethernet cable as it will be far more stable.

If on wifi it looks as if it has lost connection and needs reconnecting.

Home button>Help>Settings>Network>Network connection and re-establish the connection to the SSID

See if that sorts it
