Well after pixelation problems galore, internal cables replaced, external box and cables checked, street cables checked my excellent engineer (he came back twice to check the problem) has told me that I’m going to require the intervention of the Network Engineers as the problem is a network one!
The tv if anything is worse now and I have pictures and recordings to show for it!
How soon can I get a network engineer out to fix the problem? Or how soon can I get a refund to my account for services that are not what they should be?
The engineer should have called it in when he discovered the problem was outside, did with me and a network engineer was out within the hour to replace whatever it was in the drain where I'm connected up
