So for years I’ve happily watched Netflix through Virgin.  All of a sudden it’s not working.  I can watch Netflix on any other device in the house so it’s not the network (I can also watch Prime Video etc) and occasionally when watching normal TV a message comes up saying that it can’t connect to Netflix (even though I haven’t been trying).

I’ve tried taking Netflix off as a favourite app but that didn’t work and have tried going through the Netflix channel instead of the app but that didn’t work either.

Any thoughts?

In what way is the Netflix app not working - can you explain the symptoms?

It's not clear whether other OnDemnd & streaming services work on your V6, which would be a good test of the internet connection. The Netflix "channel" you mention is just a red-button shortcut to the same app.

If other internet-based services are working and this is potentially an app-specific issue, the next step is to restart your V6 using the Help & Settings menu.

All other streaming services are working.

When I go into the Netflix channel and then press the red button it just doesn’t do anything. 

it works on every other device in the house.

What other devices in your home do, is immaterial - it's not them you're seeking help with.

Do other OnDemand & streaming services work on your V6? It's the V6's net connection we're trying to prove here.

If they work, this issue is app-specific. If they don't, your V6's internet connection has an issue. We can advise on either, but need to know which.
