Netflix

I'm having issues connecting to netflix on my v6 box. It will not load the netflix app. I've seen other posts on here and replies from Virgin, saying it's a problem with Netflix. This is incorrect as I'm able to open up the Netflix app via my smart tv. Can I have this issue solved please.

Thanks for your post, I'm sorry you're having some issues with Netflix.

 

Can you confirm if rebooting your box helps or whether it makes a difference accessing the app directly via the channel or through Home?

Are you using your own router with the Hub 3 in modem mode?  If you are, you'll need to put the Hub back into router mode, connect the V6 directly to it and reload Netflix. Once done you can go back to using your own router (it only needs to be done once).

If you're not using your own router then you'll need to try to get VM to resolve the issue.
