Netflix not working

My Netflix won’t load

What happens when you try loading it?

Have you tried restarting your box?

Does OnDemand work ok? That's a good test of the internet connection.

Hi nothing happens I get the homepage press the red button it comes up Netflix but the bounces back to the main page again. 

on demand working fine 

Tried turning box on and off but nothing.??

Hi.

 

I have hardly ever used my netflix account, was working fine with Sky, only thing that has changed is i'm not with Virgin.

Netflix won't work on LG TV, Amazon Fire Cube, PC or Samsung S10.

It will stream when wifi is turned off on my S10, but the rest of devices are cable.

If i use a uk vpn it plays on pc (used this to test).

I spoke with netflix and they said bothing is blocked and no ip address to unblock.

It appears virgin is blocking this service, why?

I shouldn't need to use a VPN to use a service my mobile or sky allowed.

I bought the best package i thought you had M500, no 1000 here, if there was i'd probably try it.

Everything else is perfect. Amazon, bbc, 4, 5.

Great speeds.

Gaming fine.

No issues just netflix.

I think it is a Netflix issue - someone of BT forums is having a similar issue this weekend.

Yes but BT are having email and internet issues.

It's never worked on virgin.

Someone is blocking, Virgin or Netflix.

Various IP addresses have been used with netflix, to only block this IP address over the others is unlikely.

They said there is no block/unblock he can do.

The account works everywhere just not with my virgin IP address.

I can use through a vpn, at another address, on my mobile but not using virgin internet at home.
