Netflix not working

for some reason cannot gain access to Netflix today via red button, I press the red button but just get the channel banner. 

No issues with Prime or other on demand services. Have checked settings and V6 is connected correctly.

 

anyone got any ideas

We would really like to assist further but as some time has now passed since your last post to us, can you please confirm if you are still experiencing this issue?

 

If so, are you able to access Netflix via the Apps option?

Got the same problem with no Netflix via Virgin Media using either the app or selecting the Netflix channel number and then red button. Just going back to the initial Netflix screen eveytime. Has been working fine until now.   Netflix app works fine on my phone.

Found this which worked:

You can do this by going onto Home> Help & Settings> Clear or Reset TiVo box> Reset TiVo box then follow the instructions.

 

I didn't have a clear or reset option but chose the option to switch off and on again.
