Netflix not working on second box

So for about a month Netflix isn't working on my second box. I've attempted resetting it, checked the WiFi and Internet is working correctly etc still on luck. Amazon works but Netflix just has the loading circle continuously. It works on my main box and all other devices.

Dont know what else to attempt...

There is an option  in the settings to remove the Netflix profile on the V6 box.

Also note if your Netflix sub is paid via Virgin media then ALL of your V6 boxes will all use that log in, you can only use different log ins on other v6 boxes if you pay Netflix direct.

Have you tried swapping the V6 boxes around, to prove it is box-specific and not location-specific?
