Netflix not opening

Netflix app will not open on my 2nd box. Works fine on main box. Was working ok but app suddenly stopped opening

If the "box" is a V6 then Apps like netflix are delivered via its internet connection from your Hub. It has probably lost connection. Check in home>settings>network>connection and see what it is reporting. If the Hub is fine, turn the V6 off and unplug it for 5 mins then restart it and it should remake the connection.
Do you have it connecting by wifi or ethernet cable?
