Netflix not loading

Hi there

All of my apps except Netflix are working. When I try to open it, it comes up with the loading screen with the logo on, then cuts back to my tv menu. It was working fine last night and is not an internet issue.Any ideas?

If you're still experiencing some issues could you please try a reboot and the below steps to see if this helps? 

Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now
