Netflix not loading from v5 box

My Netflix has stopped loading from my virgin v5 box. I normally load Netflix from channel 204 and hit the red button. When I do this now and press red to launch, the Netflix logo appears but nothing launches. I have rebooted WiFi and the virgin box, have logged out of Netflix in settings and still no fix. Netflix works in the same room on the same tv through Xbox and on my iPad.

Does anyone have a fix for this please?
