Netflix not able to play since tonight

Hi

All been fine then we suddenly cant play Netflix 

Have restarted modem unplugged TV etc still same issue

I have the same issue and its not the first time either. I've tried switching off the TV and router and still nothing. Sort it out Virgin Media!!!! Didn't have this issue before I signed up to VM

Same issue here, all devices get the same error and are unable to play Netflix, it launches fine and can navigate around without issue. Tried unplugging the TVs, restarted router etc but stil the same.

Followed all instruction still same error has anyone found a solution please

Has this just started tonight for you we can navigate aswell it's when we press play. Was watching manifest moved to next episode then this happened !

Ours has been working fine till tonight 

Same here, no solution as of yet, all devices in household affected.

Yeah, started tonight, was watching a film and it just went off and then get the error when trying to carry on watching

Ours literally started an hour ago Netflix even fine before when did yours start was hoping it was a  new issue tonight and fixed by tomorrow

Thanks for starting the ball rolling,  I have the exact same issue as of tonight.  At least I can save myself from messing around with the box all night
