Hi i have 2 virgin V6 boxes
1 box netflix wont load just the N and spinning circle.
Connected via ethernet and all VOD works.
Been going on for weeks

If VoD works, the internet connection is proven working.
Have you tried restarting the offending V6 via Home > Help & Settings > Clear & restart? Choose the basic reset option.

On the 360 box going to Home > Settings > Audio & Video > Match Frame Rate > set 'match frame rate' to Off rectifies the problem.
I don't have a V6 to check with, but I think that used to be under Settings >Audio & Video > Match frame rate. If it's there try setting it to Off.
