Almost every night now [for the past 6 months] I have to reboot my V6 Tivo box to watch Netflix [similar issue with Prime but I don't access this as often].
Netflix boots up as if OK. Allows you to scroll through the various menus, displays all of the content - even plays trailers but when I go to PLAY something the following message is displayed:
the code seems tvq-pb-101 (5.2.12)
The only way I get it to play the content if I reboot the box [3 x thumbs down, cancel etc].
I've tried to speak to Virgin help but they're useless!!
Any suggestions within the community?
