I've been get this error since about 3 weeks ago, and have to restart the box to get Netflix to work, about 50% of the time. The same accounts loads flawlessly on my iMac. Both v6 and iMac are on ethernet connections. Any advice appreciated - it's very annoying for a paid service.
Hi Rob, I've only just seen your reply. We are still having intermittent problems 4 months on. Going to Netflix it sometimes won't load and reports a network connection error - C113. We're using the v6 box connected via Ethernet to a Linksys router connected to the Virgin Superhub v2 in modem mode. Restarting the v6 box has cured the problem the last couple of times. Until February we have had no problems at all with Netflix. Each time it happens, Netflix is available fine on an iMac also connected to the linksys router via ethernet.
