Netflix app won't load

Netflix app is not loading on the V6 box at all, connected to hub via Ethernet too. I have seen suggestions to reset the box, but do you lose your recorded programmes if you do this?

Yes if you reset a V6 they (and links) will go.

Is this "Netflix only" - that is - do other Apps load ok ?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Thanks jbrennand - i did a reset and didn't lose my recordings. It was just Netflix that wasn't working other apps like prime and YouTube were working. But the reset worked anyway. Thanks
