Netflix app not working V6 box

Netflix app on my V6 box is n longer working. Doesn't even start up. I have a TiVo box upstairs and Netflix works fine. What can I do?

did you purchase Netflix subs though Virgin or Via Netflix themselves could be an issue on signing in?

Are you getting any error messages at all, or is it just taking a while to load up then fail?

Had a similar issue last week. I reset the box and it works fine again.

After getting Netflix and Prime working last week by lowering the resolution, I find that they will not work again even by lowering the resolution all the way and trying each resolution in turn. As this was the only reason for going for the V6 box I am extremely disappointed to say the least as I was hoping for some Dolby Atmos output through either of them, more disappointment I am afraid. maybe it is getting time to look elsewhere and save myself a fortune!!!.
