I have the v6 box and about 1mth ago i renewed my contract but since i have Netflix has not worked at all.
I have tried the app and the channel and all that happens is Netflix pops up then closes.
I have reset box at wall also. Before i renewed when i was out of contract and also in my old contract, it worked perfectly.
I tried calling this morning and after 10mins of automated talking on a premium line on my mobile it basically said get lost.
Is there a way to fix this or is anyone else having issues as it was used alot by the kids.
You may need to delete the existing Netflix info.
Help & Settings->System Info->Netflix Account Information
Then Sign Out of Netflix Account
