Netflix and i player not working

Hi. I'm having an issue with some Netflix programmes not working and none appear to be working on I player. I have recently replaced the hub 2ac with a hub 3 for other issues which all seems to be fine. I have carried out a Netflix connection test which seems to be fine and it has a speed testing at approx 120mbps. This issue only seems to have started since installing the hub 3... Any ideas please?

I'm sorry you're having problems with both Netfiix and iPlayer. I can appreciate you're keen to get this resolved. 

 

Is this happening on your box? Which TV box do you have?

 

When you say certain programmes aren't working on Netflix, can you elaborate on what is happening please?Are you getting any kind of error messages?

 

What is happening with iPlayer? Is that giving you any error message?
