2 TV app issues: we can no longer connect to our Netflix account via Virgin TV and YouTube has morphed into YouTube kids this morning.
The YT kids issue has been fixed by VM and a restart of your V6 box should correct that issue.
Is your Netflix account working on other devices?
Could you be a bit more explicit about what happens with Netflix, does it give an error message on the V6 box?

Netflix works on all other devices however whenever we try in the V6 it will not connect to Netflix at all. We have tried via the apps option and Netflix channel.

Is the V6 Connected to the internet via wireless connection or Ethernet?
