I believe most of these types of problems are caused by copy protection issues between the V6 and your TV.
What type of TV do you have (HD or UHD).
For Netflix try ..
1. Change and then reset your HDMI settings. For my HD TV I have 1080p + passthrough (great for 24fps Netflix content) 2. Unregister from your Netflix account in the V6. I think it's under System Info-> Netflix Account Info. 3. Reboot the V6 box 4. Log back into Netflix.
If that works there is a similar process for Prime.
