Just recently when we try to play a Netflix or Amazon Prime show/movie from the apps section we just get a blank screen or loading icon followed by an error message saying cannot play at this time. Rebooting etc has had no effect. Can open the apps no problem
switching to a different device both netflix and amazon prime play fine.
Okay changing the HDMI cable with a reboot of the box seems to have resolved this. I can't see how the old HDMI cable would suddenly stop working properly seeing as the streaming works fine through a PS4 with the same cable !
Will ditch that HDMI cable as have had it ages and may well have been partly to blame.
