From today, videos on the Netflix and Prime Video channels just won’t play. I can browse the services and do everything else but when I press Play, nothing plays. Just a blank screen.

Is it only Netflix and Prime?
Does it happen on any other boxes in the house or apps?
Have you rebooted the box?
Have you got any issues with the internet?

All sorted now. Not sure what the problem was but a reboot sorted it out.
