Netflix Access Issue

We have lost Netflix on v6 this week. Able to access other apps e.g. Prime.

Splash screen loads and animation runs until have N in centre of screen and red spinner bottom middle of screen. Have restarted box and checked v6 connectivity through settings and all good.

Have tried via channel 204 and app list.

I am sorry to hear you're having some issues accessing Netflix on your V6. 

Can you please confirm if the Netflix account is allowing you to stream content as expected on an alternative device?

Hello Ayisha_B, yes I can access my Netflix content on tablet / phone and computer.
