Have you spoken to our team in regards to this matter?

 

This should be a fairly straight forward process.

 

We do also have a Virgin TV remote control application which is also handy if you're still having issues with your remote control or are waiting for it to arrive in the post.

Over the last week I have tried to get through to VM customer services to order a new remote to replace my broken one, On each occasion I have been put on hold before speaking with anyone, I have waited a total of over three hours (at various times of the day) before giving up. Your service is truly appalling and as a company you should be beyond embarrassed. Were it not for the lack of other providers offering BT Sports I would leave VM without hesitation.

Buck your ideas up. This is a disgrace
