Need to book an engineer as TV is pixelating

Can someone help me - I need to book an engineer as I have issues with my TV package

I have 2 V6 boxes, one in the front room (works perfectly) and one in the conservatory (pixelates). I have swapped the box around and still the issues is in the conservatory which means its cable related.

I contacted online support and they ran some remote tests which didn't fix my issue. They provided me a web link for additional support but this just takes me to the same online support i started with.

Just need an engineer to come out and look at the cabling to the conservatory

You need to call Virgin TV Faults to report this. 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.

When you call, follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service", but don't press any other options. The IVR will offer you to "go online" and "get a linK" - don't press anything, wait on the line and you'll join the faults queue.
