Need help setting up TIVO V6 box and can't get through to technical support

Please help! I've been trying to get through to technical support for nearly 2 weeks now and everytime I'm on the phone for around an hour and still can't get through!

If you can't get through on the phone then VM are recommending you send a text to 07533 051809 describing the issue and you should get a response. This is a text only service, it does not support voice calls.

What help do you need with setting up your V6?

I'm guessing something's not working... in which case, what's not working and what's happening? Are you getting any error messages?
