It's the same here in Teesside.
The other channels on the same mux are fine so it's just that one channel and probably the same on other platforms.

Its either the incoming feed encoding or VMs headend driver on the blink, as it keeps physically resetting & then stalling again.
I’ve reported it on the VIP forum, although hopefully VMs headend monitoring will pick it up anyway.

I'd like some feedback on what actually happened to the channel and what Virgin master control did about the loss of service.
Is there someone who monitors the forums, working for Virgin who can provide an update from the TV master control.
When did Virgin Master Control notice a problem?
What steps did they take to remedy the problem?
Why wasn't a channel fault card displayed?
If master control is unstaffed between 10PM and 8AM or whatever that's fine by me.
