Is there a practical way for me to get in touch with Virgin media to get my V6 box replaced?
I started experiencing problems getting Netflix to work. It gradually got worse and got to the point where it just doesn't work. I've had to use the Netflix app on my Samsung TV instead. Then the Amazon Prime app stopped working. Now its so unresponsive I'm struggling to browse any channels.
I wanted to avoid spending hours on-hold to their call centre but doesn't look like there is any other way of contacting them.
