My V6 box is not coming in and displaying an amber light any suggestions cannot get through been on for nearly twenty mins

Have you managed to get this issue resolved by speaking to the team?
If you havent managed to get this resolved, have you tried to reboot your V6 box by turning it off at the socket and back on after 15 to 20 seconds?
Please can you check to make sure that all of your cables are tight and securely plugged in.
