My V6 box keeps crashing

My V6 box has crashed twice in a week. Totally blank screen, no error codes, nothing. The service status suggests a problem in the area but the description of the issue they are working on doesn't match the issue I'm having. How do I get an engineer to come and check my V6 box?

You call Virgin TV Faults (150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 otherwise) and report your box fault.

They should decide whether a box replacement is needed, and if necessary arrange one. In these Covid times, many of these replacements can be done without the need for an engineer.

Hi Littletinca, 

Really sorry you're having some issues with the V6 box and for the delay in getting back in touch. 

Are you still having an issue now? 

I have had a look at the back end of things from here to run some checks on the box but it's showing the box isn't on at the moment. 

Is this the case, if so can you switch it back on or is this part of the fault?
