My V6 box will not record programmes without pixelating and stuttering. Tried to get through to Customer Service all you get is we will send a test signal
Can you view live TV channels ok? Or is it only recorded programmes affected? If live TV is ok, how about if you pause the channel and watch it delayed by, say, 30 seconds?
The answers dictate whether your issue is likely to be a signal fault or hard drive issue.

Mark, Thanks for the response. The problem was with the hard drive. VM have now replaced the V6 box
