I am unable to contact virgin, how do I fix this?
The green screen error is not fixable, and is only resolved by your box being replaced.
Ideally you need to persist with calling TV Faults and reporting it.
You could alternatively use the text message service (07533 051809) which can take a few days. VM staff on here are currently taking around a week to respond.
You may find shorter call queues earlier in the day.
