My TV service should be up and running after setting it up 8 days ago

After phoning to downgrade my TV service 7 weeks ago, it was cancelled completely instead. I finally got through to somebody online last Saturday (8 days ago) and set up the Mixit service. I still have no TV after multiple attempts to reach somebody. I've been referred to the Community after hitting a dead end via Facebook. I'm not that sure whether I'm in the right place, but there you go

You will need to call Virgin Media C/S to have them investigate this.

If you have a VM phone, you can call 150. If you don't, use 0345 4541111.
