Re: Multiroom

Hi mojo2977,

Have you tried rebooting the 2nd box?

You can also try and force a channel update using your remote control - Press HOME Help & Settings > Help > Virgin T> go up to the top of the screen then TV Care and press OK >  Missing Channels.? > Refresh my channels list

Re: Multiroom

16% usually indicates that the coax isn't connected. Are all connections tight?

Re: Multiroom

Coax aren't thes boxes supposed to wireless like the Qboxes that's why I got it was informed by the sales person only need to use wires if signal is weak. And if not they don't supply enough cable to route to another room

Re: Multiroom

Hello

Nothing like Sky Q all VM TV boxes require a coaxial cable, VM do not do a pure wireless box.
