Multiple Channel distortion

For over two weeks I have not been able to watch BBC news (CH 601) , SKY ONE HD, SKY SPORTS F1, SKY Action HD, BT Sports 1, BT Sports ESPN and many more channels on my box.

I disconnected my box from the mains for five minutes to restart it but it made no difference.

I then disconnected the Box and the Broadboand Server from the mains for 5 minutes and restarted / re-booted everything from scratch but nothing happened.

Still having the same problem. 

Am I the only one experiencing this problem here or do I have company ?

I posted a message a message at 13:39 which was answered at 13:59 asking me if I was messaging from home.

I read the message at 14:59 and responded. 

No one replied back since on the app.

I would appreciate some 'genuine' help please.

Hi like your picture identity, you can wait on here for a virgin person to respond on here maybe 3 or 4 days, I would phone and go down the Tv faults route they can check the box while you are on the line and if necessary arrange for an engineer to come to you and replace the box, I know it can be hard to get through sometimes but if you call early 8am you will find it easier, also if you have set a pass code which the automated system will ask for that covers security questions re your account, good luck.Regards Micky

But I have tried twice but could not hold for more than 30 minutes.....

Can a call be scheduled on a Tuesday between 10:00-13:00 please ?
