Moving recordings to new Virgin Box error

Hi i have moved recently and Virgin transferred my services to my new home, however as it was a different area they replaced my virgin boxes. I have tried to go to the managevirgintvgo but i keep getting the following error "manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com is currently unable to handle this request."  any ideas as i have loads of recordings on my old box which i want to get back

All the service does is add your favorites and your series links, recordings cannot be transferred

ANY change of box results in lost recordings.

Recordings are only stored on the box, there is no cloud storage.

Virgins licences do not permit recordings to be copied, as they are for time shifting purposes only.

The http version (rather than https) seems to work, if you're happy to use the "non secure" version:

http://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/tivo/

tried both https and http also tried chrome and ie but still get the error

HTTP 500 error That’s odd... the website can’t display this page

The site may be under maintenance or could have a programming error.
