Moving TV box in my home

I am new to Virgin and I have just had my equipment installed. I have two TV boxes installed in different rooms and my hub installed in my study. My wife has now decided that she wants one of our TV’s moved to the other end of the room. (I know she could of mentioned this earlier)

She does not want me to extend the cabling from the existing location to he new position inside the house, but wants the cable either to run outside or to be concealed. 

So my question is, can I ask Virgin to move the cable that comes into the room from it’s current position to the other end of the room and blank off the old connection point and install a new connection point. If so how would I do that and who would I need to call.

That will be a £100 charge for a second call out to your house. To re-route cables in that room to the other side of the room.

Hi 150 free from a virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and go down the altering services route.Regards Micky
