Movie rental charging

Hi

I entered my pin to rent for 2 days,  Scoob , premuim on demand. £16.99.

We had to stop watching it due to unforeseen circumstances and when i went to put it back on a hour later it was exactly as it was the first time, saying £16.99 and enter pin. 

I would have thought it would be in partially watched or likewise so I'm worried I'm going to be charged twice

The premium rentals are part of the Virgin Movies services not the buy to keep Virgin Store.

It is the main customer services teams that would resolve issues with the premium rentals.
