New sofa and tv has to move. Smart tv so can get Netflix etc via WiFi.
however the cable to tv, hdmi if I remember won’t reach.
can this be sent via house wiring via plugs etc if I got a longer hdmi it would be going across a door opening.
read somewhere that I could book an engineer to move the box. Is that correct?
Thanks

You can request a no-fault tech callout to have in-home connections & cabling moved, it will cost a flat-fee £25

A VM person should be able to help but may take a few days to get here. Calling in will be quicker - try at 08.00 and you should get through quickly.
You can also text VM on 0753 305 1809 include account name/number and what the issue is, there is also a “Chat” option on their website - but note that replies can take longer. Or you can speak to the team on WhatsApp by logging into your online account via a mobile handset and there will be a link to speak to VM by Whats App (the number is 0730 532 71120 - but again... no guarantee on timing)

You can call 0345 4541111 from any working phone, landline or mobile. An 03x call is the same charge rate as a landline call.

Hey Notebook64,
Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post.
I have looked into this and can see that you haven't yet spoken to the team to have this looked into, I can arrange an appointment from here but would need to confirm a few details via a private message, that I will drop over in a moment. Please look out for the private message and we can get started. As japitts advised, there will be a £25 call out fee to complete this work
Kind Regards,
