Move TV box to another room

Hello

i want to move my tv to another room at the back of the house.

cable entry and therefore router and tv box are in the front of the house.

without paying virgin for another cable entry at the back of the house which will be messy, not to mention expensive what options do I have?

could I, for example, use an Ethernet connection or powerline, or do I need the coaxial cable?

Thanks.

Do BT and Sky also rely on a coaxial connection?

Re: Move TV box to another room

All "TV Platforms" run on linear broadcast channels.

On BT & TalkTalk these require a Freeview aerial coax.

With SkyQ it requires two coax cables from the dish. The only exception is additional streaming boxes on SkyQ that run off Ethernet or WiFi.
