Recently came to setup our second tv box upstairs after some house refurbishment and found it has no power cable. Have the box and remote but the power lead is missing.
is it possible to obtain a new one?

You should call 150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111, option 2 (Faults)
When calling Faults ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and help.
Or wait a day or two and a member of the Forum Team should pick this up for you and help.

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post.
As I'm handling your other post with regards to your WiFi pods, we can do them both at the same time on the same post. So I will also be able to send the power cable along with the WiFi pod, once we have been able to pass account security.
