Missing paid channels

Evening,

really strange I have activated my account, broadband is up and running, but all the paid channels are not activated on the tv. I can watch them on the Virgin go app and on the Sky apps just not on the tv. Anyone any idea I have reconnected to the network but still no luck.

Try going to (using V6 remote):

Home>Help & Settings>Settings>Network>Connect to the Virgin Media Service Now  

Let it complete and load the info.

If you've still not got your channels you'll neeed to call in to get them to activate again.
