Missing most TV channels

I set up a QuickStart that initially failed engineer attended. The broadband is now working but most of the TV channels are missing and I've not got my ad on packages. All on demand services are unavailable with the error code V210. Can anyone help me find a solution?

have you connected the V6 to the hub either by WiFi or ethernet

It is connected by the cables provided so think that is the ethernet cable?

you should have a cable in port 4 or you should be connected by wifi what lights are lit  on the front of the box

 there is just a white light on the front of the v6 box

If you send a text message to this number 07533051809 with all your details inc acc number address fault etc and someone will get to you, but keep an eye out here incase a tech gets to your post 1st
