Missing channels

Our V6 box is no longer receiving various channels, sky sports news and BT sport 528 amongst these. I have  rebooted the box several times as well as running tests, with inconsistent results, error codes W02 being the latest error. A similar fault was repaired earlier this year, caused by water damage in the junction box that serves our street.

As per , this is a "loss of signal" error.

Call 0800 5610061 to check there's no reported issues in your area, if nothing's there - then there's a very high chance Virgin Media don't know about your fault.

Call them on 150 (or 0345 4541111 from any other phone) to report it. You'll need either an engineer visit or replacement box.
