New V6 set up & same problem... missing 'lots' of channels!
Also seeing a constant message "Sorry, there seems to be a problem. To help fix this issue, please visit virginmedia.com/tvcode and enter your Erro Code (7400)" that's floating around the screen, with no apparent way to get rid of it 😞
I have followed all the advice I can find in Help, power reset + full delete and re-set up of Box. NO JOY.
Please help.
