Ordered a free upgrade V6 box and Superhub 3.0 on 3rd Oct.The hub arrived this week but the V6 hasn't. I have searched all of the help pages and the community and I cannot find any information to confirm how I find out where the delivery is.
Log into My Virgin Media at the top of the page. Click on My Account, then Order Tracking and see if there's an entry for the V6

thanks Dave, i've tried that and it says i have no orders. I printed the order and it definitely says V6 box has been ordered.
