Hi, i recently upgraded my package to include TV and Telephone, received an order confirmation with an expected delivery date of V6 Box and Hub, then nothing. there is no trace of the order on my details, and the order did not turn up on the expected day.
Can someone give me a hand with this as the Online Chat help is dreadful and im getting no where over telephone.
Update on this, spoke to member of the help team who confirmed no order was on the system, then proceeded to offer me the same package with a considerably higher price. Extremely disappointed with the level of service from Virgin and blatant disregard for their loyal customers.
Now sorted by using the on line chat service got a deal similar to the on line one. Did try speaking on the phone to virgin but the deal they offered was not as good. Box delivered on Friday all set up and 3 months sky sports for free and no activation fee that was waived.
