I have recently chosen a MixIt TV package ontop of my current package. The V6 box has arrived and works, but I am missing channels that are supposed to be in my package (Sky 1, etc). I have tried using the TV Care, and I have restarted multiple times, both the V6 box and the Hub. There are no faults in my area, and all tests come back good.
I have tried to call but the call centres are always closed, and I am eternally stuck on hold on the live chat. Please can someone assist.
