Missing Adaptor Cable from Quick Start Package

Received V6 box today (changing from Tivo) in my Quick Start package. Everything is in there apart from the adaptor cable which is needed to connect the box to the wall.

How would I go about getting this rectified? Would I need to phone VM or can these be purchased? If so where e.g. Amazon and exactly what spec would I need.

Any help greatly appreciated

Would I be right in thinking it's just the single coax cable which you require?

Thanks for replying Christy

In the installation guide it's referred to simply as "cable adaptor". It attaches to the cable that comes through  the wall from  outside. That cable fits the coax socket on the Tivo box but needs this adaptor to fit the coax socket on the V6 box. Unfortunately it's missing from the contents of the package I received with the  V6.

From doing some research I think one end might be called an F-type screw connector socket and the other end an RF coax male adaptor  (but don't quote me on this).

Any assistance you can offer with this would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately I can't see the picture you posted. I did find a previous post showing a picture of the cable which apparently is sometimes referred to as a flylead (see link below).

Okay that’s not a problem. I’ll look at getting you sent out another.
